Thank you for choosing Pilates Tempe! Here is a list of important things that will assist you in enjoying your time in our Studio.
We regret we could not create a set of policies that would please everybody. The fact is there is no group of policies that would work for everybody, so instead we have done our best to create a set of policies that "level the playing field" for all of our clients.
When these policies are adhered to without exception and enforced, all clients are treated equally. We feel that this is the only way to be fair to all our clients.

- You are able to purchase services and make reservations on line.
- Before anyone can join a class a free personal consultation is provided to familiarize them with the reformer.
- You are able to guarantee your space in any class. Click here to access the schedule. (If you haven’t already created an account, you’ll be requested to do so to book the session.)
- Please remember to cancel any class for which you have registered if you are unable to attend.
- If you do not cancel the session and do not attend, you will be charged for that session.
- Early cancellation is four (4) hours prior to class.
- Late cancellation is between one (1) and four (4) hours prior to class and can be accomplished thru the WebScheduler or via the phone (480.820.7200).
- Two (2) late cancellations in one month will result in a one (1) session reduction.
- Please be aware of the expiration date of your monthly purchase and use all of your sessions.
- Please do not request extensions!
- We are more than happy to transfer an unused class (8 class packs) or two (12 class packs) into your next consecutive month's purchase (of equal value). Contact Kris prior to the expiration of the pack to to facilitate the transfer.
- Class will not be cancelled if there is a client registered.
- Classes with no registrations four (4) hours before the scheduled meeting time will be cancelled and the teacher will be released.
- The 6 am class must have at least one (1) registration by 10 pm the previous evening! Please don't register or cancel at 2 am!
- Please do not arrive later than five (5) minutes after class begins. This is disruptive to other clients as well as the teacher who is concerned with your proper warm up.
- There is a sign in sheet on which you should register at the front counter.
- The Pilates Studio in Tempe is a cell phone-free zone. They are not welcome unless they are turned off! Please step outside to hold conversations.
- Baskets are provided for your personal belongings. Please keep everything under the reformer or along the walls.
- Please place all equipment parts under the reformer when not use.
- Towels are provided.
- Please do not wear fragrances to the Studio, or apply fragrances when you are leaving until you are outside the Studio. People have allergies!
- Cleaning solution and paper towels are provided. Please clean all areas of the reformer with which you have had contact. Trash baskets are provided for disposal. (Please don't place paper towels in the soiled laundry basket!)
- Personal toiletries are available in emergencies. Please notify your instructor of your needs.
- Clear your mind and forget the challenges you encountered during the day. This is YOUR time!
