The cost of the entire FUNdamentals Program is $100. The classes occur at specific times each week (please see below or call for current sessions). If the sessions do not work in your schedule, we encourage you to sign-up for our 60-minute Free Personal Consultation. You may choose either the FUNdamentals Program OR the Free Personal Consultation, however you cannot choose both. We have limited spots in these sessions and a reservation is required for each client attendance. You will receive a confirmation email once you sign up for your session. If you do not receive this email, your spot has not been reserved. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email.

FUNdamentals Program

This 5-class program is designed for beginners who are new to Pilates or have tried Pilates and want personalized attention. If you would like to learn the basics of Pilates in a comfortable environment and how to get an effective workout customized to you, this program is perfect for you! ​​All new clients are welcome to register.
