Our group classes of no more than 7 on our clinical Balanced Body reformers offer the attention you need and the workouts you love. The group atmosphere is encouraging and fun! Classes combine balance, flexibility and strength to provide clients of all ability levels a full body workout.

Our classes include Reformer, Tower, Jumpboard and our newly added advanced RTC (reformer, tower & chair). Each class offers full-body exercises as well as a cool-down, while providing modifications, progressions, hands on adjustments and constant encouragement. Try one of our many Floor classes including TRX, Mat Pilates, Simply Strength, Weight Training Circuit, Cardio Step, and Stretch.
